Engineered & Guaranteed

Our Modular Greenhouse is made of aircraft grade aluminum (6061 T6), engineered* and guaranteed* to withstand up to 135 mph and 80lbs psf snow loads if anchored properly.  

* Design Criteria: 12' IBC: ASCE 7-10 / Design Parameters: Risk Category I ~ IE = 1.00, IS = 0.8
** ​Must be anchored according to 3 times local building code requirements, inspected by Modular Greenhouses, one of our certified installers or a licensed contractor. 

Anchoring Options

Proper anchoring is essential to withstanding the wind.  We offer a variety of anchoring options for different soil types.  Our screw style anchors screw directly into the ground and hold up to 2500 lbs ea.  

* We require 3 times higher anchoring capacity than is required by the Building Department in order to be covered by the Guarantee unless a concrete footing is used.
